Students are encouraged to contact our office as soon as a legal issue arises in order to receive timely assistance. To apply for services students should click here or follow the link below. Once the form is submitted and processed, the SLS office will contact you by telephone or email to schedule an appointment.
Notaries are generally available for drop-in service during business hours (8:15AM-12:00PM & 1:00PM-4:45PM), but an appointment can also be made by emailing SLS@mail.wvu.edu to ensure that a Notary is available.
