Courtney joined West Virginia University in October of 2023 as an Internal Investigator for Title IX and BOG Rule 1.6 violations. She graduated from West Virginia University with her BA in International Studies in 2014 and her JD from the WVU College of Law in 2017. Prior to joining the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, Courtney was a practicing attorney with Legal Aid of West Virginia for six years. Courtney is currently serving as an interim attorney for WVU Student Legal Services.
